These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Charles Nwafor through the Framer Marketplace and this site. By purchasing, you agree to them.

An independent digital product seller operating as a sole proprietor under the name Charles Nwafor, based in Nigeria. Reach us at charlesnwafor600@gmail.com.

What we sell
Digital UI components and kits for Framer. These are downloadable, code-based design assets for your own Framer projects. Products are digital only. Nothing physical is shipped.

Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, customer service inquiries and returns. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

License and permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own and client Framer projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage it into another product for resale, or claim authorship. All IP remains with Charles Nwafor.

Delivery
After Paddle confirms your purchase, you receive a component link at your checkout email. Provide a correct address. If a product does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it.

Disclaimer & liability
Products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee compatibility with every Framer configuration or future platform change. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase.
